Contact and withdrawal notices
Send order questions or an unambiguous withdrawal notice to Marcia Jimenez Carrion, Königsberger Str. 1, 12207 Berlin, Germany, or info@zhydora.com. You may also contact the seller through your Etsy order. Include the order number so the purchase can be identified.
Physical products
Where EU or other applicable distance-selling law provides a withdrawal right, the statutory period and refund rules apply. For standard, non-personalised goods in the EU this is generally 14 days after receipt. Print-on-demand production alone is not treated as a blanket exclusion of that right. Contact us for return instructions; doing so is not a condition of making a valid withdrawal notice.
Digital content
For digital content, a statutory withdrawal right can expire after supply begins only where the applicable legal requirements, including express consent and acknowledgement, are met. Etsy manages the checkout and delivery process. Access to a file alone is not described here as an automatic waiver of all rights.
Damaged, incorrect or defective products
Contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory rights relating to non-conforming goods or digital content.
